Terms of Service
Nature of the Platform
Najm Alsahra is an online intermediary platform connecting clients who wish to book artists or venues (lounges) for their events with the providers of those services. The platform is not a party to the artistic service itself; it enables booking, secure payment, and communication.
Accounts
- Registration requires an active Saudi mobile number and a minimum age of 18.
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity on your account.
- Service providers (artist / venue) undergo verification before receiving bookings.
Booking and Payment
- Paid amounts are held in escrow and released to the provider only after successful service completion (within 24 hours of the event ending).
- A transparent, tiered platform commission is shown before confirming any booking, plus a fixed service fee.
- Providers have 4 hours to accept or decline a request; otherwise it is auto-cancelled with a full refund.
Cancellation and Refunds
- More than 48 hours before the event: 100% refund.
- 24 to 48 hours before: 75% refund.
- Less than 24 hours: 50% refund.
- No-show without cancellation: no refund.
Code of Conduct
- Exchanging contact numbers in chat before booking confirmation is prohibited — automatic filtering applies.
- Any abusive content or content violating Saudi regulations or public morals is prohibited.
- Mutual reviews must be honest and related to the actual experience.
- The platform may suspend or terminate any account violating these terms.
Platform Liability
We exercise due care in verifying providers; however, we do not guarantee the artistic performance itself. Our liability is limited to operating the platform and protecting payments through the escrow mechanism described. In disputes, the platform team mediates based on booking and chat records.
Changes
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes via the app. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are referred to its competent authorities.
